Incredibles 2: Is Incredible Too

The incredibles 2 is the sequel to the Incredibles which came out more than 10 years ago!...10 years, can you believe that?.
Ever since it came out, fans have long asked for another film and finally they have gotten what they asked for. I loved the first film and I'll say this,if you loved the Incredibles, you'll love this one too but there's a catch, you might not love it as much as the first(depending on how you felt about the first).

The improvement in technology over the past couple of years definitely shows in this film, ultra realistic attention to detail even in the most littlest aspects like cloth fabric all look amazing. I feel like a lot of the new character design deviated from the original film but that's just my opinion I think because I haven't really seen anyone talking about it.

The old characters also got retouched  I guess to look more real(Violet's love interest got changed completely)and captivating for the audience. The original voices almost all the original characters sound the same due to the original cast except Dash who didn't quite sound right(maybe his voice actor was changed).

Now moving on to the story itself,Incredibles 2 takes place immediately after the first one and I won't lie when it started,it was a bit pissed because, they kind of threw away the feeling of a united family I had gotten from the first one which kind of made me wonder if there was any point of the characters developing in the first one. That aside,I see why they did it and it holds up realistically,no family is perfect and parents only want the safety of their children which is very understanding when your kids have literal super powers.

The main plot centers on The Rich Devour(I don't think that's how it's spelt) siblings trying to bring back Superheroes to the limelight. They enlist Frozone,Mr Incredible and Elastic Girl but ultimately pick Elastic Girl to become the poster face of their new superhero cause and that left Mr Incredible taking on the responsibility of a stay at home dad.

The family dynamic here is great, lot of fun and great interaction between the kids and Bob(Mr Incredible).

Jack Jack was obviously the MVP amongst the children,he delivered even better than he did in the first one. His long list of abilities make him the most intriguing and entertaining member of the Parr family and he even gets a show down with a racoon which was actually a very fun battle!.

Now the action in this film was so so cool,I mean sometimes I wondered why things like this don't happen in live action superhero movies.

Elastic Girl is literally the Queen of improvisation, her role in this film really proves that with the right director, the fantastic four would work onscreen especially Mr Fantastic.

The villain here got a lot of hate on my twitter feed and that really surprised me. I mean a lot of people claimed that the villain reveal was an obvious twist and I personally didn't see it that way,I don't think they intended it for it to be a twist.

It was just probably meant to be a mild misdirection and it worked well for me and I didn't think it was bad. People keep comparing the villain to Syndrome which is very common with superhero sequels, they're always large comparisons.

This villain worked well for me and the set up made sense,I mean I don't want to spoil anything but Brad Bird and his crew were right to make "loss" a driving force for the villains motivations. Screenslaver really spoke to me especially because I could relate to the ideology.

In conclusion, Incredibles 2 is a well made stylish fun time and manages to be a great follow up to the first film. It's funny, has a good story that manages to drop a couple of social commentary on the world we live in today and also has great characters and possibly even sets up for multiple sequels if need be!.

Who Would Win? Batman Vs Spiderman

Okay before I start I'd like you all to know I am not being partial in any way at all. I had this argument with my friend Andrea a couple of days back and now I feel like sharing on who I think would win,but I realised they are two perspective 1-choosing a winner based on accomplishment 2-choosing a winner based on powers or strengths 1- this perspective is basically saying "oh look at this let's check out both characters accomplishments",they both have taken down a large amount of enemies ranging from smart villains to dumb ones, they've both faced foes that are big and strong. So it's only reasonable to think Batman would win here, not by a long shot though because Spiderman is a force to be reckoned with. Batman has basically done more important things,he has defeated Superman severally, dodged darkseid's omega beams, outsmarted braniac,I mean the man is a bit fluent in kryptonian and he knows several martial art skills and he's just a human......

IT(2017):Lazy Review

I've been stuck thinking about what to post and I got nothing. But I remembered that I watched "IT" late December and I wasn't scared surprisingly. I mean, they were a couple of jump scares but overall nothing really scared me. It was a fun movie though and I see why it got a sequel announced and universal praise. It's based of the first chapter of the Stephen King novel of the same name and I have read a couple of pages from  the book but I haven't finished it because I'm lazy and I procrastinate a lot(I haven't still finished reading a song of ice and fire).   Set in the '90-somethings(I'm lazy don't eat me) in a town of something, something(I know, you're disappointed) a series of kids get missing and the adults of the town act like nothing's happening. Bill Denbrough(that's right,I remembered his name) looses his brother as well. Billy and other kids in the town(including his friends) start to see th...

KOE NO KATACHI: A REVIEW?

Koe no Katachi (A Silent Voice) is a 2016 Japanese [obviously] animated film written by Reiko Yoshida and directed by Naoko Yamada. The film is based on the manga of the same name, written by the great Yoshitoki Ōima. I just want to talk  type about this beautiful anime; don't think of this as some sort of review. P.S.: Little spoilers here and there. It starts off with Ishida - who'd later be the main male character - trying to commit suicide. And may I say... the musical build-up to the point where he is to jump off the bridge... SUBARASHI! It's utterly gorgeous [for the lack of a befitting word]. It's not over done with sad sounds or large synths. It's almost inaudible, gentle; it's the kind of music that would play in the head of a sad or depressed person. And it is explained in detail - his dilemma.  The movie's title makes sense because of Nishimiya. She's deaf. In middle school, she's a victim of bullying from her classmates in form of ignor...
