The Defenders Season 1 Review

I don't know if they'll be a season 2 or not but still I put season 1 because that's just how I roll.
Now to the matter at hand,the defenders finally premiered last week and the whole internet was going nuts talking about I watched it twice just so I could you know, take it all in and think about all that happened.
Okay so I watched daredevil season 1 and season 2, season 2 was better but not by a long mile. I tried Jessica Jones but I got so bored I just couldn't anymore,I went into like the 6th episode of Luke Cage then I actually finished Iron Fist,you know why? Well because I LIKED IT!!!!!(that's right,I like iron fist). So we've been hearing about the hand since daredevil,stick always hyped them up to basically and honestly it didn't pay off here,what did pay of here was actually the different colour platelets and the team members interactions, that was done very greatly. Another thing that worked was this woman!!!
Sigourney Weaver really killed it as Alexandria,I mean she was elegant,graceful and also managed to put a little bit of badass into the mix. Also I liked her because Gao respected her,and Gao is a bad ass.... Turns out she's the leader of the hand and the major finger of the five fingers that make up the hand. Part of these five are Gao,Bakuto,Alexandria,Murakami(he doesn't speak English,at all!),and Sowande or as I like to call him "Bad ass African voice guy". So the five fingers of the hand were students of the teaching of kung lao up until they decided they'd rather be immortal and not die,I mean how is that even a bad thing. So the show emphasizes on the fact that they're very old and they tell us this every time they get. Elektra A.K.A The Black Sky makes a come back in this show after dying at the end of daredevil season 2,and I can definitely say she was pretty badass,even though they didn't explain her importance much...I mean why was she even the "black sky?" With that logic Daredevil could be the black sky too. She was basically the daughter of Alexandria until something happened. I can't say because some people haven't watched it still so you better go watch that.
Honestly it was very good,not spectacular but it was good,team interactions worked,fight scenes were better especially from Iron Fist,villains were great,I loved Bakuto especially I feel he's very underrated, I didn't love Jessica Jones here but I liked her more here than in her show,also Luke didn't go all human rights activist on us so,Hallelujah!. All in all the Defenders is a solid 8/10 in my book!

  Mowgli legend of the jungle is an adaptation of the book "The Jungle Book" by Rudyard Kipling which inspired the creation of the Disney classic of the same name.  That said Disney classic got the live action treatment sometimes last year and it got praised for it faithfully stating true to the Disney classic and for its incredibly photorealistic CGI.  Mowgli tells the story of the jungle book again but this time, it isn't based on the Disney film but rather the original source material by Rudyard Kipling.  Disney's the jungle book wasn't a straight up faithful adaptation but it managed to stick to major plot points of the book and this film tries to flesh out those plot points by giving all the characters a realistic backstory that doesn't make characters beside the Man Cub feel like they're only there for plot convenience.  I haven't read book by Rudyard Kipling but I know this film is a more faithful adaptation than the Disney film.   Dire...

STRANGER THINGS 2

   A lot of movies and shows are set in the past these days but in my own opinion, none of them really do it like STRANGER THINGS. If you remove the acting,the amazing plot,and chemistry, what you're left with is these show that has a very '80s feel because of the overall sound from the show and visuals.      Season 2 is a blast and it simply perfected the formula season 1 set which is, simple plot,great characters,good chemistry and amazing(classic)music. My face everytime Dustin jokes       The Season starts a year after and all our characters are basically trying to settle on after the ending of the first season.  woah. brother broccoli starts 2023 with something totally unexpected: a psychedelic rock album. lil yachty said in an interview (with someone i don't remember) that he just wants to be taken seriously, as a musician. it's a little sad when someone puts their all into a craft, sometimes even create a groundbreaking sound, but still get termed the bare minimum or worse, "mumble rapper." while this album is beautiful, it's not as stellar as other projects in the same genre. but music is more than that. it's also the process, emotions, message, etc. brother broccoli took a risk to make what he wants/feels and he succeeded. that's what makes this album a beauty asides the wonky ai art and trying-hard-to-stay-in-the-flow lyricism . the features ate. the producers brought their a-game. the engineers blessed the record. since poland, it's clear that yachty decided to broaden his scope and make not just music he loves, but quality. i definitely respect his art...

   Yes,I have been evading this for so long but my little sister just watched the movie and she thoroughly enjoyed it,especially the dance scene and the candy crush game segment, she laughed a lot and felt like it was a fun movie.
