NEW BLACK PANTHER TRAILER!

My oh my,I was hyped for this movie already but Ryan Coogler got me looking like this after the watching the new beautiful trailer

You my think am just over exaggerating but this trailer had everything, and the music killed me "the revolution is not being televised"... So bloody brilliant.

The trailer had a lot of super cool stuff going on and everybody looked so freaking awesome!!!Okay, okay here are my favorite moments from the trailer that got me super hyped!

I- SHURI!!!

Shuri the sister of T'challa looked cool in this trailer, apparently she's super intelligent and she's already got me crushing on her. She wasn't shown much bit they showed her having sibling time with T'challa and they showed another Black Panther suit. Could this mean she'd fight along side her brother? Let's wait till February 16th.

II- ERIK KILLMONGER

Michael B. Jordan seems to be perfect for this because he was great in the trailer...he made it clear that if he couldn't have what he wants(possibly the throne) then he'd burn everything to the ground(wakanda) I know this was cool and everything but I was surprised he had an american accent, but it was still cool. He frees Klaws from his kinda jail? And the two partner up to wreck havoc! Also he dawns his Golden Jaguar Suit!!!!(I need my inhaler).
Just look at the bloody suit!!!! Isn't it pretty?

III- THE KING HIMSELF

Ah yes! The civil war show stealer himself T'challa a.k.a the Black Panther looks super cool and Swagger-licious as usual! He's king now and he has a lot on his hand from the creepy mask wearing dudes to his hateful brother to the sudden interest of the outside word on his homeland of wakanda. He seems to be in control as he gracefully steals the trailer with simple lines and dope ass stunts and new tech! Everything looks very interesting and I can't wait for the movie

IV- EVERY OTHER THING HAPPENING

The final thing that wowed me was the different shots and the other things happening in the trailer,I don't know what they mean but it made my mouth water

In conclusion everything looks brilliant and am hyped, this is coming from a big DC fan! This movie has my attention and I can't wait to see it! You guys should check out the trailer on YouTube right now!

Rebuilding The DCEU

Hello again,it is....Barney the DC fan who loved BVS and MOS but didn't enjoy JL. A friend of mine told me I stopped talking about DC and he was right. You're probably wondering about why  I stopped talking about DC. Well the answer is simple as ABC,THEY MESSED UP!. Technically it was warner bros who messed up but still justice league is  a movie under the DC brand so....it's a DC film.    Justice League was meant to be the finale to a beautiful and well layered/deep series of movies. It was meant to be the proper end of Superman's journey from Man of Steel but instead it became a short, eye candy based pop corn flick with little or no rewatch value at all. I know a lot of people reading this might not agree with me because they hated the prior DC films for being too "dark" and "depressing" and I totally get their point of view. One of the reasons why I didn't like Justice League was because after I watched it I was like "

BLACK PANTHER: SPOILER FREE REVIEW

Black panther made his MCU debut in civil war and ever since then,a lot of people have been anticipating his big solo movie debut and so when it was confirmed that he'd be getting his own solo film, they(myself included) were thrilled.  If you follow me on social media, I talked about posting a spoiler and non-spoiler review but as I thought about it I realised how unnecessary that would be. Instead,I have decided to make this post about  the non spoiler- review today and make the spoiler review a while after people might have seen it.    Black Panther at its core is about family and how the sins of the father do not define the son. This film went to places I didn't think a marvel film could go to and that impressed me a whole lot. I don't want to go into DC v Marvel fight in this post again because this film should be appreciated because I enjoyed it thoroughly.   Before I go into the story and characters let me just make this quick complaint. I like the Kend

First Listen: Lil Yachty - Let's Start Here.

woah. brother broccoli starts 2023 with something totally unexpected: a psychedelic rock album. lil yachty said in an interview (with someone i don't remember) that he just wants to be taken seriously, as a musician. it's a little sad when someone puts their all into a craft, sometimes even create a groundbreaking sound, but still get termed the bare minimum or worse, "mumble rapper." while this album is beautiful, it's not as stellar as other projects in the same genre. but music is more than that. it's also the process, emotions, message, etc. brother broccoli took a risk to make what he wants/feels and he succeeded. that's what makes this album a beauty asides the wonky ai art and trying-hard-to-stay-in-the-flow lyricism . the features ate. the producers brought their a-game. the engineers blessed the record. since poland, it's clear that yachty decided to broaden his scope and make not just music he loves, but quality. i definitely respect his art

First Listen: Hamond - Pirate Radio

since i heard  windows , i have been sloppy on Hamond.  Pirate Radio  is almost everything i imagine indie pop to be. it's glittery, experimental, vocal, and hard work. half the time, i don't even understand his poetry but it sounds so  damn good . the other half explores experiences of failed/failing relationships, problematic partners, and misplaced gaiety. storytelling like this always gets me into a frenzy, especially with fitting production.  the unconventional mix and production sets this art piece aside from the rest within its genre. especially the drums. nothing cliché with his lyrics or style of music. just pure, honest music that makes me bust some ass to his misfortune. 😀 mehn, it is definitely one of the better listens from 2022. give it a spin?
